The rented car does fulfill my requirement and meet my expectation, staff are nice and helpful. I will use samurai again in the future. The only thing you need is to prepare a sim card for calling locally for the samurai staff pick up.

記事に紹介されているように、車の受け取りはとても便利です。空港に到着してレンタカー会社のカスタマーサービスに電話するだけで、送迎車が来るはずですが、実際に電話をかけると相手の英語力が低く、数言だけで電話を切られてしまいました。幸い、他のレンタカー会社のスタッフが助けてくれました。最終的に車を受け取ることができましたが、ほぼ2時間掛かりました。東京で自家用車を借りるなら、少しでも日本語を理解できないとこの会社を選ぶべきかどうか考えてみてください。
