Will not ever be using easy rent again. So bizarre. Staff don't seem to be able to answer basic questions. Too much mucking round with pick up and a lack of flexibility when our flight was canceled unexpectedly. Staff were quite rude and difficult to understand.
The company is located outside the airport, but they provide a shuttle service, which is very convenient. I prefer this to the ones inside the airport as you don't have to walk back to the airport after returning the car.
Amazing service from booking through to collection and drop off.
Incredible price and will definitely be using in the future.
