CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON EZU AT CHRISTCHURCH AIRPORT, CHC

I booked an Accord! They gave me a Camry with over 240,000 km! I can't accept this. The rental company said I was looking for a cheap deal, so this is the car I get. They also said I could cancel the rental. After traveling so far to their location, they told me to cancel. Finally, they gave me a Nissan March. After driving around the South Island for 17 days, I haven't seen a car in worse condition than this one! The rental company wouldn't refund the price difference either, claiming that the price for the medium-sized car I booked is the same as this small broken car! Whatever, I'm unfamiliar with the place!

Poor service

This car rental company is terrible. The vehicle's condition was horrible, very old, and smelly. It's a miracle it didn't fall apart. The worst part was their extremely poor service attitude. They treat foreigners and Chinese people differently, with noticeable disdain for Chinese customers. I recommend avoiding this company.

This company was very indifferent, refusing to provide a new vehicle for us to continue using, and unilaterally ending the order early. They were in a hurry to get off work, urging us to finish signing and swiping the card, trying to get rid of us without considering our subsequent needs, only wanting to break ties. It was my first time driving in New Zealand, and being treated like this by fellow countrymen left me feeling helpless.
