The car had damage in the tyres the rubber was damaged, fortunately i took a photo, because when i came back they try to charge me.
Also I whent thro a road that i had to pay when it os pic hour, and i paid the same day. Anyway AVIS thought that i did not paid so the charged me. Again i have proof that i paid so i claimed the money back. Just 5 pounds but... why do i have to pay twice.
In total 2 Big mistakes in my opinion.
I had to extend my car for 1 week. As per there agreement the changes were £16.2 per day. So it should be £113.4 but they deducted £256.83. I am trying to contact them by customer care, waited for 40min no reply. Email them. No reply yet. Poor customer service.
I haven’t received my holding deposit back yet and I’m waiting on that. I was told at the counter that it would have been better to book direct through budget yet when I initially tried to book direct, the price was massively higher than easyrentcars. So I suggest that you either lower your prices to help people come straight to you or advise your staff to not make customers feel guilty for not booking direct.
