The car allocated (Toyota Innova) wasn't the model booked or its similar, it was bigger but far more inferior in every aspect and also really old. Pre-check wasn't well done as brake-lamp did not work, fortunately i checked during check-out. This resulted in delayed check-out of the car as it had to be fixed at a different location. Manager wasn't helpful at all in resolving the discrepancy but other staff were polite and professional.

シートに書かれている12時に車を渡します。サービスの従業員は1時までに車を返してもいいと言っています。12時半に車を返しに来て、私がタイムアウトしたと言って、彼らの手の中の単が11時半に車を渡すことに変更されて、しかし私の手の中の変更はありません。道理に則り,あの人は物を言わなくなった。

検車は辛抱強い。社員が詳しく紹介した車の一部の注意事項を、例えば方向灯はどこにいる。隣のガソリンスタンドに行ってtouch and goを買うことをお勧めします。最後に車を返した時、時間がなくて、従業員は半分の油のお金をもらって、私達を応援します!総じてこの店のサービスに対する満足するのか!
