When I was taking car back, they did not work, so I put documents and keys in a post box. Was concern a little about checking cars and returning deposit.
Communication was smooth, and there was no hard sell for additional products. The car was in decent condition, except for needing to change to a different model.
I can still see that 800e are reserved. Why is that? Everything was perfectly in order with the car.

Inattentive, disinterested, changed car allocation 3 times without consultation with us. After giving us wrong car, we went back to counter (after an already 1 1/2 hour process) to be told rudely not to call them if there was any issues!
