Easy booking process clear . Price competitive definitely use again

Finally, when I reached Avignon, I went to another Europcar branch where, with direct coordination from Zuzuche customer service, the cross-border fee was processed, the contract was re-signed, and I obtained cross-border insurance to avoid driving without coverage.

I arrived late to pick up the car, and my reserved model or an equivalent was not kept for me. I was forced to take another model, which was an electric car. It consumed energy very quickly and was not even fully charged when handed to me. Although the display showed 400 kilometers when fully charged, it could barely cover 200 kilometers in reality. I didn't dare to use the air conditioning. The experience was very poor. Additionally, they didn't provide an invoice for the cost promptly after the car exchange. Calling customer service was also challenging, especially choosing English language service. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, worse than SIXT.

The counter staff was very prompt and friendly. Very pleased with the whole process.
