Very unsatisfactory with the Hertz experience

I bought full insurance on Zuzuche. When I picked up the car at the store, the staff said that since I had full insurance, there was nothing to worry about. Additionally, I want to verify if the fees are truly this high: 16% for airport fee, 19% for tax, 6% for license fee, and 4.5% for transport fee, totaling 45.5% in fees?

The queue situation was manageable. Later, they offered a paid upgrade to an automatic transmission, which I accepted.
