I waited quite some time on pickup counter as counter personnel is not yet there yet. It is understandable because it is 1st day of Chinese New Year.
Car is in good condition, however I dont really like this model of Proton Saga with CVT transmission as it feels very rough specially in stop and go traffic and uphill situations. Not the renters fault or anything, its actually the car's behavior.

Booking is fast, not able to try price drop protector.
We arrived an hour late to pick up the car, and the store had no cars left, so we had to wait for an hour for a car to be brought over. The car had high mileage and poor condition, with the generator warning light on. The store staff said it was fine to drive. We asked for a replacement, but they said none was available. We had no choice but to use this car.
