The Car was in a very good condition. Hertz service was simply superb and their staff were quite prompt in their service. At the time of dropping, we noticed some issue with the fuel level indicator. They politely accepted my complain and within one day confirmed the issue from their side and did not charge any additional charges. I would like to specially thank Ms. Fitri who followed up on this and responded promptly.
I will recommend Hertz, especially for their service and kind staff.
The rental company seems to be a few small private companies. Management is simple, and returning the car isn't strict at all. They didn't even check; you just drop off the keys.
The lady we dealt with at Senai airport on both collection & drop-off was excellent. A great ambassador for Hertz - I believe her name is: Aqilah Fasyhah Binti Tumin.
Based on our experience with her; we'd use Hertz again.
Like: Everything is great as expected except Poor Office Location (which is not your company fault) since the Airport authority decided to house all car rental companies at such a remote/hard-to-find location. Dislike: Location of all car rental companies being located
