I only bought basic insurance and they didn't push for more coverage. The vehicle inspection was straightforward. Due to a long waiting time during pickup, they generously gave a free tank of gas to every customer waiting. A big company with a big heart!

The queue at Melbourne Airport was shorter compared to other companies when picking up the car. Returning the car was also quick. A staff member took photos around the car and printed out a receipt. Of course, the car was in good condition as well.
