十二時に着いて、一時間併んでいたので、車がなくなったといわれていたが、結局、朝十時にすべての車を借りてしまった。もうすぐ個人が来て、みんなに別宅へ借りに行って、紙を出して、二部の契約書を送った。私は差額が私の注文の何倍も高いと言って、隣の家族も彼らの差額の1000数刀を言って、単子の青年は差額の1万刀を彼らも弁償すると言って、みんなはばらばらにして借りに行った。しかし私が注文したのは全危険で、彼の単書には保険には包まれないと書いてあり、現場では保険は元どおりに買えば弁償すると言っている。Thriftyに書類が届いたばかりなのに、まだ3周間も処理時間が残っていて、本当に差額を全額返金したのかどうか分からない。

I needed to extend the rental by a day and when I called in the first agent told me it would triple my rate. I declined as I still had to confirm I needed it and when I called back in they were able to honor the original promo price. Seems a little scammy to me or uninformed agents. Other than that I got a great deal on the car and it was a nice vehicle.
