The car I reserved wasn't available! Bait and switch! I ended up with a car two levels lower.

When I picked up the car, there weren't any available, so I waited about 40 minutes. I originally reserved a Volvo V40 hatchback but ended up with a huge Renault Koleos station wagon. In my view, the reserved models don't mean anything; you just get whatever car they have. Maybe it was a free upgrade in terms of cost, but this kind of upgrade made me really nervous while driving. I've always driven small cars at home, and driving such a big car abroad was truly exhausting!

Airport location with long operating hours, making it easy to pick up the car.
