The pictures and the actual vehicle were wildly different. It was a bait and switch. I requested a large SUV, but got nothing close.

It's okay, the pickup was a compact JEEP SUV, called Compass domestically, not the Grand Cherokee.

There are many cars and they are all quite new. The process of picking up and dropping off the car is simple and convenient. The only downside is that the shuttle wait time from Los Angeles airport to the rental center is a bit long.

Renting the car was quick. There were quite a few people, but the process was short. After a few brief questions, we could pick up the car. The parking lot was huge, with various types of cars. Since I had a reservation, I went straight to my car and drove off. It was a yellow Camaro, a soft-top convertible. The interior had a pleasant scent and was very clean, almost like a new car.

The self-service process at the store is quite convenient and fast.
