Platform fine. Simple and quick. Didn't use price drop
Very poor service and terrible customer experience. Firstly, they claimed to pick us up in 15 minutes, but we waited for half an hour without seeing any car. Later, they either didn’t answer the phone or replied perfunctorily. Eventually, we had to contact them through the platform. Their explanation was that pick-up points are different for domestic and international arrivals—they were waiting at a different location (but they never bothered to notify us). After an hour and a half, we finally got to the pick-up spot, and the staff had a sour attitude, merely saying that it wasn’t their problem, without even offering a single apology. Honestly, this was the most arrogant and unprofessional car rental company I've ever encountered, whether domestically or internationally!
Initially, we planned to pick up and return the car at the airport. However, since we stayed in the city first, we noticed that the pickup instructions indicated the car should be collected near the airport. So, we took a taxi directly to the rental office. We later learned that if you pick up the car at the rental office, you also need to return it to the same office and cannot pick up at the office and return at the airport. Overall, it was fine. The condition of the car and the convenience of the process were both quite good. Make sure to evaluate the return time in advance. If you need to extend the rental period, it's best to call the office a day ahead for confirmation.
