The pickup point is not at the airport, and the store's attitude on the phone was very bad. You have to wait at the airport for the staff to deliver the car, and the same applies for the drop-off; you need to make an appointment over the phone for the staff to pick up the car from the airport. The phone is almost unreachable, especially on weekends, and the staff's attitude is rude. They hang up after a few words, and I had to rely on QEEQ customer service to help contact them.

Nice and easy website good promotions that actually work
One evening during the rental period, the car displayed a fault warning and I couldn't reach customer service, which was concerning. Overall, the service was average, and the rental price was moderate—probably just standard. Additionally, the car I received was not fully fueled with a range of 410 kilometers. Refueling myself to avoid extra charges from the rental company makes it hard to estimate how much fuel to add.
No physical location for car pick-up, not told in advance; did not answer phone calls, delayed car delivery by 5 hours after multiple attempts to reach them. Car model downgraded.
1. There is no physical store at the airport. 2. Despite the agreed time being 8 AM, I had to make several calls hours in advance, and they arrived only at 9:30 AM. 3. Malicious claims. 4. No staff was present to inspect the car during the return process. 5. No full tank policy; the car provided only had a range of 130 kilometers. 6. I will never rent from such unreliable small companies again. Everyone, beware and don't fall for them.
