The service was acceptable! Didn't encounter any problems! However, when we asked about fines, they said it couldn't be resolved immediately and we would have to wait for deductions later. Not sure if there will be any late fees!

Easy to pick up and well located

the drop off location is hard to be found especially now when road work is in process exactly on the right lane. Also the drop off sign is obstructed by other signs. is impossible to be seen from 200-300m. I was forced to pay a parking ticket of 3£ just because I got lost in parking area. Also I need to double check if the car has any marks... I don't think that a customer can be a damage insurance agent or whatever. Apart of that everything was good and stuff was really helpful.

Two months after the trip ended, they randomly charged me 1500 kroner, claiming it was for a violation. However, they couldn't provide the actual violation ticket from the police. I didn't commit any violations. It's ridiculous.

2 weeks after my trip, some "admin fees" have been charged on my credit card. However all the fees were supposed to be included when I dropp off the car (tank was full, no dammage etc...)

Great car, very nice counter service guy, just don't get why they never replied to my emails to add additional drivers...

Return location was poor and staff unhelpful when we found ourselves in the wrong place

For best performance, the GPS needs a google map to assist. Rent Plus asked for deposit which needs to be paid by credit card and refunded by the card company. This will create the exchange differences from the credit card company.

When the car rental company asks if you're going to other countries, make sure not to tell them you are. I knew about this but forgot and ended up paying nearly 300 RMB in highway tolls.
