Extremely poor experience. 1. The location for completing the rental paperwork is very far from the actual car pickup spot, requiring over 10 minutes of walking to get there. After finally finding an inconspicuous corner in the parking lot where the cars were, we were informed that there was an issue with the paperwork and were told to return to the paperwork location ourselves to sort it out. We asked why they couldn't resolve it over the phone, and after much back-and-forth they finally managed to fix the issue. 2. The fuel tank of the car was not full when we picked it up, with only 1/8 of a tank, which violates standard rental procedures as cars are usually delivered with a full tank. When we returned the car, we ended up overfilling it to at least 1/2 a tank, as it was difficult to precisely refill to 1/8. 3. Most infuriatingly, the company charged us a €500 deposit at the time of rental, promising to refund it within 30 days. However, even after 60 days, the deposit still hasn't been returned, while my friend's deposit at another company was refunded within a day after returning the car. We’ve repeatedly contacted this rental company, and they've kept saying the refund would be processed soon, but nothing has been resolved. Is this company bankrupt or no longer operating? We have no idea when this will be resolved. It's completely outrageous—avoid this company at all costs! Choosing them was a nightmare!
Very bad. The staff were inefficient and communication was slow. The pickup location is not near the airport, and no one was holding a sign at the airport to wait for us. In the over thirty degrees weather, I spent more than half an hour looking for the person and the store. After giving feedback to customer service, they called the car rental company to pick us up. As soon as we got in the car, they drove around and then said they needed to pick up another renter too. They left me in the car without air conditioning to wait! When we finally got to the car rental place, the whole process of picking up the car took almost an hour and a half. Extremely inefficient.
The rental location is far; the pickup store is 8 kilometers away from the airport. They can be contacted to arrange shuttle service to and from the airport, but the staff and shuttle vehicle had no company logo, making it feel suspicious like an unlicensed vehicle. Additionally, they couldn't provide a receipt upon returning the car.
