The address description was unclear. We followed the instructions to the area near the American Embassy, but it wasn't correct. We had to take a taxi and pay 50 shekels to the rental store. The front desk staff was mediocre and appeared impatient.
Even though it's the same pickup location and vehicle, Europcar requires confirmation later, while Shouqi allows immediate confirmation (we booked the night before).
