CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON AVIS AT GATWICK AIRPORT, LGW

Everything was great. The Avis representative gave us an excellent treatment in the pick up and also in the drop off.

The message upon delivery was no damages on the car.Upon inspection before take off - we fund several scrathes which needed to registered by avis hand-out office

Very shocked that they class a Crossland X as a SUV, it’s not!!!

The wheel started to make a mechanical noise which upon reporting Avis promptly replaced the car although I had to drive to Heathrow for that.

The counter staff was not at all helpful. Kept repeating the same story of how they don't have any connection with easy car rentals and he didn't know or care about any other thing. Very rude to say the least. Also the pick up location was closed when we reached. So we had to go to another terminal to get the car.

The counter staff were easy to communicate with, no upselling, smooth car pickup.

The overall service was good. Initially, we were given a different car model, but they proactively changed it for us upon our request.

The Gentleman who serviced us in what very polite and helpful , Thanks for making our UK trip stress free :)

Good overall, but pick up process was very long and there was quite a queue, but it was a busy time of year so was expected.
