Reservei o carro para retirada e devolução no aeroporto MCO, mas a QEEQ, unilateralmente, alterou para o aeroporto de Stanford, me causando enorme transtorno para retirar o veículo lá. Por sorte, a funcionária da locadora era extremamente educada e prestativa e alterou a devolução para MCO sem custo, mas os funcionários da QEEQ nada fizeram, apenas disseram que a QEEQ cobraria pela reserva, eu retirando ou não o veículo.
Received a hyundai Ioniq 5 instead of the tesla, car was nice and very confortable.
The representative who helped us with the pickup seemed in a rush and wasn't really explaining stuff fully like tolls and how to do the drop-off after hours.

The issue at the Budget counter was....we were in Mexico when I booked and Budget had a problem with that...they didn't say why...just the way it was. The lady was bitchy and rude
