Very good

The first time I drove in Australia was in 2015, and QEEQ provided excellent service. Even after two years, I still remember that thrilling road trip. This year, I am planning another trip and QEEQ can help again!

No need to queue, very efficient. I already bought full insurance on QEEQ, and the counter didn't push for additional insurance.

While parking on the roadside, I damaged a tire. BUDGET charged my credit card twice, totaling over 6000 RMB. In Australia, replacing a tire costs less than 1000 RMB. Not sure how they determine their pricing, it's unreasonable.

Convenient and fast

I took the documents provided by the car rental and got the keys at the counter very quickly. The car was a brand new Nissan SUV. We had a smooth seven-day road trip. As long as you refuel the car, the drop-off process took less than five minutes.

I booked a Ford Falcon, but when I arrived at the store, they gave me a Renault SUV instead, which is not the same type at all. Although the SUV is indeed more suitable for Tasmania, we really wanted to experience the thrill of a muscle car. In the end, we had no choice as they said there were no other cars left. Despite choosing a more expensive option initially, they did not refund the difference. We spent more money but didn't get to drive the car we liked. By the way, most of the roads in Tasmania are very good and a sedan would have been absolutely fine. Don't worry too much about needing an SUV.

Convenient airport location; smooth communication

It was probably because it was early and not crowded. Getting the car was smooth, and the staff were clear and efficient.

Very good attitude

There was only one person handling the paperwork at the counter. They were very thorough, but increasing efficiency a bit would make it perfect.

The waiting time at Hobart airport was a bit long, but understandable since many flights land and many people pick up their cars at the same time.

Great service, the car met my expectations, had a good experience, will choose again in the future
