Very good, everything was smooth, fast service, and friendly support.

The service staff had a great attitude and carefully explained all the precautions. They also informed us about the procedure in case of an accident. The car I received was practically new, having only driven 50 kilometers, and was in great condition. The store even offered child car seats, although we didn't rent one.

The efficiency is not high, although the attitude is good. Due to being one hour late, the large car was not reserved, and there was no prior phone notification. I will continue to rent from here in the future.

Picked up the car at Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok. The service attitude of Budget Car Rental was excellent. After showing the pick-up slip, the procedures were completed immediately, and within a few minutes the car was brought to the airport entrance. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vehicle; a Mitsubishi Pajero with over sixty thousand kilometers is considered new.

Professional and convenient.

When returning the car, it was full of gas. Since I didn't want to go to the gas station, I paid cash at the branch. However, I don't know why 2109.23 Thai Baht was deducted from my credit card (it should have been 1800 Thai Baht). This amount was deducted automatically from my credit card in the afternoon after returning the car. Due to the language barrier, I didn't ask much. Everything else was okay, except for the deposit of 40,000 Thai Baht, which still hasn't been refunded. It doesn't seem necessary to hold such a large amount. Also, I had a local person call to communicate, and they seemed to promise an immediate refund. Overall, everything was fine, but the deposit process is taking too long. It's still not refunded!

Very simple and quick. The car was in great condition. I got a hybrid vehicle, which was very fuel-efficient.

Overall very satisfied, vehicle condition was clearly documented during handover. But the rented GPS device was not easy to use and couldn't find many locations.

The company's service is good, but the Thai people are too strict about time. I arrived 2 hours early, the car was already there, but they wouldn't give it to me. I had to wait for no reason, even offering extra money didn't help. I don't understand why the Thais think this way. Also, the store’s attitude towards Westerners is better than towards Chinese. PS! Do they think our English isn't good enough? It's definitely better than their Thai English.

Couldn't rent the car. Upon arrival, Budget said we hadn't paid the deposit. I had clearly paid 100 yuan on Taobao. They gave me a different and more expensive price.

Excellent. Although it was a small store, the staff were very nice. They conducted a thorough inspection before handing over the car.

Excellent service. On the last day, they even sent someone to the hotel to pick up the car for free and didn’t do much inspection. No extra charges were applied.

The service was good. We added some insurance, so the actual cost was higher than the price on the reservation, around 310 THB per day. As it was our first time renting a car abroad, we accepted it for safety reasons. Budget doesn't have a counter inside the airport arrival hall, so we had to walk to the rental company. Fortunately, it wasn't far, and you can see it right outside the airport. When returning the car, they drove us to the departure hall entrance.
