Excellent stuff on the Antalya Airport. They are always very helpful and quickly solve and problems.

The management of large companies is quite standardized. The deposit was returned the next day.

I couldn't get a Renault as requested and had to pay extra for another car. The car was in good condition.

Couldn't get the Renault as booked, had to pay more to upgrade to another car, but the car was in good condition.

Paid extra to get upgraded, and got disappointed, car was old, 47000 miles on the clock, damager everywhere, not even with Bluetooth

Will definitely use it again on my next holidays!

Both the car pick-up and drop-off were quick and efficient.

The service is very simple and convenient.

We had to buy the budget insurance before we could take the car even though we had already another insurance package which insured everything possible from minor scuffs and scratches to total right offs

The car pickup location at Antalya Airport is quite conspicuous, but the place where you handle the paperwork is far from where you pick up the car. There was an old man handling the paperwork who seemed to make the process difficult with many formalities. Luckily, we had a young guy assisting us, so there weren't too many unnecessary issues. Returning the car in Izmir was inconvenient, as you need to park the car at the entrance of the parking lot, find the car drop-off point in the underground parking by yourself, and get an entry card to enter. Everything was in Turkish, which made it incomprehensible, and no one answered the phone.

Should fully inspect the car before pick up.

Budget pushed to buy additional insurances even though they saw they were all covered by Easyrentcars. They still insisted their insurances are better. The car had about 40K km mileage, nothing exceptional.

Overall satisfied, they gave me a new car with only 4000 kilometers.

The car was too old, but everything else was fine: 1. The bumper had been hit and was fixed with wire, making noise at high speeds which was worrying for safety; 2. The windows occasionally malfunctioned and required manually adjusting the rubber strip holding the glass.

Guys, do not rent from the cheapest company. Initially, we chose them and faced multiple issues: their location is off the airport and requires a ten-minute drive, they couldn't process the credit card authorization (despite the card being fine), and then they asked for cash or suggested renting from a neighboring company. It felt like a scam. We decided to take a taxi back to the airport and rent from another company. It's better to pay a bit more for a hassle-free experience!

Good small car. Not perfectly clean when recieved.

The staff in Antalya had a poor attitude, were unresponsive, and spoke very poor English. Much worse than my previous experience with Avis.

Quite satisfied with the staff's attitude, but they do try to sell insurance.
