First time renting a car in the USA, and it was very convenient. After getting off the plane, follow the signs to the rental shuttle pick-up area. Almost all rental company shuttles stop there, and buses from the same company come one after another, so there's always a bus available. The paperwork is simple: provide the pick-up form, swipe your credit card for a deposit, get the pick-up slip, and go to the lot to pick up the car. There is no staff involved, just give the slip with the car number and mileage to the staff at the exit. Returning the car is even simpler; follow the instruction lines to park in the designated lane, a staff member will check the car, take the keys, and give you a receipt, then you are free to go.

The store service is very efficient. Just show your order and passport. The staff won't accompany you to pick up the car but will tell you its location, with the key already inside. Of course, there's staff in the parking lot to guide you if you're unsure about the car's location.

There's a shuttle bus at the airport that takes you to the rental car store. They checked my booking and my license, and the process was done in five minutes with no extra charges.

There are still many customers renting cars in the US, but there are also many front desk service staff. The attitude is great, and the waiting time is not too long.

Booked a Ford Focus, got a full-size Toyota SUV instead. Friendly staff, moderate upselling.

Mostly African-American staff, the attitude was average. The parking lot for car pick-up is right nearby. Overall, it's acceptable.

There are at least six or seven rental companies together, very convenient. This one is quite large. I booked a Ford Edge but ended up with a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Really liked it.

No Chinese service, attempted upselling but declined

They bundle high-cost insurance easily, leading to additional purchases. Make sure to firmly refuse.

An excellent car rental company with great service. They helped us retrieve forgotten items twice, once even having someone drive the car back to deliver the items. Overall, very good experience, and I will choose this company again next time.

The queue time was quite long as it was the first day after the Christmas holiday and there were a lot of people.

Smooth and hassle-free pickup

Waited 90 minutes to get the car, which was covered in scratches and very dirty inside. Extremely terrible! It was almost midnight when I finally got the car, and I had been on a plane all day. I was in a very bad mood!!!
