We did Not get the car that we wanted and the staff were very unfriendly. I would not recommend this location at all

It appears no car in Canada comes with breakdown cover, so Budget tried to sell me extra cover, car dirty inside and outside

I had already bought insurance through the rental service back home, but it wasn't explained to me at pickup, leading to me purchasing duplicate insurance.

The service representative was a newbie and wrote down the wrong vehicle location. We didn't double-check and took the wrong car. After the real renter drove it away, we realized we might have left our license in that car. The representative was very slow in contacting the other renter and even claimed not to know what car was parked there. We had to rely on our memory of the license plate to track it down, and by then, the car had been gone for 20 minutes.

Did not handle car hold issues promptly, charged indiscriminately, disregarded customer interests, hard to find help on the phone, each call took over 10 minutes to get answered, encountered a lot of irresponsible people, very unlucky.

Great attitude, no waiting in line!

Fast service

We were going to Niagara Falls for a trip, but none of the company's cars had snow tires. A young employee said the management was in the process of changing them, so they hadn't had time to replace all the fleet's snow tires and also hadn't had time to add new models. This was very disappointing.

The service was quite good.

We booked a Grand Cherokee, but got a Santa Fe instead. The staff's attitude was extremely poor. Basically, they didn't care if we accepted it or not.

Car was great

I have rented many cars from Budget over the last 20years and have always been happy with the rental. Good value and always given first rate cars.

First time using Easy Rent Cars and they gave the best rate with no hassles. Will definitely use them again.
