Never picked up the car. The people at Right Cars couldn't tell us how to get to their location. They kept telling us we needed to find a bus stop number 7, but two differen't people didn't know where it was. No one who worked at the airport could tell us where bus stop 7 was. I had to call them 3 different times and still couldn't find the shuttle. We walked around for over a half an hour trying to find this bus stop that didn't exist.
Like: I got the vehicle class I wanted, car was clean and performed great! Friendly staff
Dislike: Didnt factor in the toll transponder charge, or some other insurance free I had to pay
Dislike: Even though I had my own insurance I still had to purchase some. It was no clear or evident on the booking pages that you had to actually bring in your declaration page or coverage and after business hours it is not accessible. This should be in bold print with the booking information

Like: The shuttle came quickly and was a short trip to the pickup. I was up sold on the insurance although I had already purchased the full package, but they reduced my deposit from $2K to $500 for the economy car. Toll costs were explained well. Return was super easy and I was happy to see NO incidentals on my CC and deposit refunded in full when I got home! Dislike: I thought the insurance up sell was confusing bc I had already purchased a full package.
The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental.
I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport.
Major ripoff
I called the very next day to your company to complain.
I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you.
I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019.
I then started a dispute with my credit card company.
I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license.
I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will.

This is a scam company. I've never seen a rental company that gives customers a car with over 80,000 miles and various issues. Terrible cars, terrible company. They charge a $2000 deposit, which is unprecedented in the US! They make random charges, have unreasonable terms, and I regret not checking their reviews before renting. Almost all reviews are negative. If the rental platform continues to offer this company's products, more people will be scammed!

We are canadian and this was our first time with RIGHT CARS. With other car rentals, we don't pay extra for the insurance and we show proof of our canadian insurance.
The person in charge would not let us pick-up the car because we were not insured with an american company. After a long discussion and being asked to make an authorization for 2000 $ on our credit card, I phoned EasyRentCars and registered a complaint. I called a friend to pick us up since we were stuck with no car. In a last attempt, the lady asked to see our voucher and finally said that the 2000$ was guaranteed by EasyRentCars in our voucher and finally let us go with the car.

Location is ghetto, the office is a closet on the side of a repair garage that was made into a office. The first car they tried to give us had a brake light out. So they switched us to a car with major dents and a check engine light on. The inside of the glass was so dirty when the sun hit the glass I couldnt see out of it. The car had 3/4 of a tank of gas at pick up, how do you replensih 3/4 tank? It should be full and returned full.
