It was an excellent experience. I called to confirm their shuttle van was on the way when I landed at the airport and they arrived within minutes. The pickup process was smooth and the vehicle was spotless and ready. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend them and would rent from them again without hesitation.

Toyota Yaris had a very strong cigarette odor. Manager did not hesitate to changed car for a Toyota Corolla which was clean and no cigarette odors.

Booking was very easy. Price drop did not work it's magic but was reasonable enough. Wish that Europcar would be in Car Rental location inside terminal rather than out of the terminal.
Beware that they close at 9 pm sharp so if your late you'll need to drop off at airport parking lot and pay additional parking fee.
Good experience, recent and clean vehicle.
However, we had a flat tire and the crank to change the wheel was missing.
In addition, We had to take out additional insurance at the request of the rental company when the vehicle was delivered

This was a stress free experience. The staff at the pickup place to include the driver that picked us up was outstanding, very courteous and friendly.The car was super clean and everything worked perfectly.

Had a little difficulty linking up with their shuttle driver; I had to wait about 45 mins, and call three times, for the shuttle to pick me up. But, once I got to their counter the process went smoothly.
I don’t remember selecting a time to pick up, but it was booked for noon. However our plane was not arriving until 3:45 so I would not have booked to pick up before our plane arrived. When we got there our booking had been cancelled because it was over 3 hours old. Maybe I did not see this time when I was booking the car, but I don’t remember selecting to pick up at noon. Thankfully, they still had a car for us.
The Europcar pickup location is about a 15-20 minute drive from the airport, with just a tiny office space, and the speed of service is incredibly slow. As someone who rents cars frequently, this was the worst experience I've ever had. Firstly, when booking through the rental platform, it was stated that there would be no charge for an additional driver, but upon arrival, there was an additional charge of $5/day for an extra driver. I've rented cars many times, including multiple times through this platform, and I've never had to pay additional fees like this. In the US, if you're renting a car, your spouse can legally drive the car with you without needing to be added as an extra driver—something another rental company told me during a previous rental. Secondly, there was a $10 toll activation fee. Fine, I agreed to all of that, but because we rented an SUV and there was only one available, we had no choice. After waiting in line to complete some paperwork and sign documents, which took about an hour, we loaded our luggage into the car only to find that the rear seatbelt wouldn’t buckle. This made the car unusable, so we went back. Since there were no other SUVs available, we had to downgrade to a sedan. The staff said they wouldn’t charge the additional driver fee and activation fee, meaning they just removed fees that weren’t supposed to be charged in the first place. I went from an SUV to a standard car. Unbelievable. Due to time constraints while traveling, I didn’t spend much time arguing. Also, this company doesn’t provide full-tank cars; you get the car with 3/8 of a tank and must return it with the same amount.
