They refused to give me the car because the name didn't match the order. Too rigid.

The counter was easy to find, picked up the keys and took the car out. Smooth process.

I oredered a Suziki Swift and got a Suburu Forester. I insured based on a Swift with no windscreen cover. Chip on Forester windscreen which has intelligent eyesight. I am yet to discover what/if this will cost.

I booked a car from Hertz through QEEQ to rent in Cairns, Australia. The car I received was very new, just over 20,000 kilometers, and in excellent condition. Hertz's staff were very patient in answering all questions. Picking up the car at the airport was extremely convenient as the rental signage was clear and the rental location was right next to the baggage claim area.
