Pick up was a bit confusing because there was no counter at Airport. I ended up at info-desk.
At rental-office everything went above expectations. Very important: no hassle over upgrades and I got the car I wanted!! Outside we did a walk-around for damage and the most important functions of the car were explained. Good service!
