The car is incredibly outdated!

The car rental company is pretty good with no major issues.

The car was nearly new. The staff was professional and courteous. Pick-up and drop of was relatively quick. On drop-off a thorough inspection of car was conducted by the staff for any damage to the vehicle.

Friendly staff and easy process. A little unclear on where to find our car and also how to enter the return rental car area, but in all, a great experiences.

Wonderful company who was easy to reach when our flight was delayed and they let the rental car company know.

The company staff was very friendly. The car was in good condition. The return process was simple.

The car was quite damage and I was not very happy considering that I needed it for a wedding. Also I had a warning light about "changing the oil immediately" not ideal when We were going around Sicily. The wipes were terrible and they were not cleaning the screen at all. At some point I had to stop and buy some cloths and window cleaner because with the sun I was not able to see. The roof was playing up and in various time it stayed open.

Great platform, shame that our car was not that good.

Extremely rude attitude, unwilling to solve problems, indifferent.

I reserved a small automatic car, but they gave me a large SUV and claimed it was the smallest car available. The vehicle was very difficult to drive in the narrow, crowded streets of Sicily and consumed a lot of fuel, making the experience quite painful. On the bright side, it did improve my driving skills.

The staff were very efficient. You can scan the QR code with your phone upon entry and complete the process within a few minutes.

This company is the busiest car rental service at Palermo Airport due to the longest queues.

Un surcoût de 44e a mon arrivée soit disant pour une arrivée après 23h....alors que j'étais au comptoir avant et que le temps de passer il était 23h35...mais ce surcout non prévu et non annoncé est une honte totale et inadmissible...je ne recommande pas cette prise d'otage.

We waited for more then an hour to pick up our car and the then the desk staff were grumpy and made me feel that I was making a big mistake not taking out their insurance. They told me that my own insurance wasn’t good enough and that I would definitely be paying some money to them by the end of my trip. They told me ‘good luck driving here’.
