They made me buy full insurance and then gave me a scratched car. They refused to admit the car was already scratched and asked me to use my insurance for it. The whole process felt like they tricked me into buying insurance for their benefit.

All good. I was worry to rent car from GoldCar as not so good opinions but I need to say I never have any problems with renting car in Turkey. Perfect ! Thank you
