The rental was supposed to be a Mercedes, but we were given a Fiat 9-seater. We only had 5 people, and this car would roll unexpectedly. The windows often malfunctioned, and the engine frequently had issues. The screen wouldn't display, the air conditioning didn't work, and the car was very old. There were no alternative models available.

Very satisfied. The staff had no issues communicating in English, were very responsible and enthusiastic. They even explained many details about drop-off locations, as they thought I was returning the car at a different location. Clear charges and a great rental experience.

At first, they gave me a very small Nissan. When I asked why it wasn't the one I booked, they said it was a mistake. After returning the car, I was inexplicably charged an extra 200. The car rental company didn't reply to my WeChat messages. Not very satisfied!

There are many traps, make sure to double-check the contract and insurance paperwork, and don’t pay extra fees unnecessarily.

The store is small, located on the main road in Oludeniz. The service attitude is good, and they upgraded the car for free.

Extremely dissatisfied. I booked a Hyundai Elantra, but at pickup, they said there was no such car and gave me a small Renault hatchback instead.
