You can arrive of Discount Car & Truck Rentals - Toronto Pearson International Airport car hire by free shuttle bus.

A shuttle will pick you up from the Viscount Station. Please call for assistance. If you are arriving at Terminal 1 or 3, please follow the signs leading to TRAINS to City. You will take the LINK TRAIN to get to the Viscount Station. Once at the Viscount Station proceed down the escalator to the lobby and a Discount representative will be waiting for you.

Terrible car rental experience. Picked up the car in Toronto on November 1st and wasted over two hours at the counter. Previously booked a one-way rental, but at the counter, we were told that the one-way fee, nearly 3000 CAD, was not included. But we had clearly paid all fees including the one-way rental fee through @ZUZUCar. Called the useless customer service in China to negotiate. During the call, the customer service also confirmed with the car rental company, but the car rental company was very sure that the one-way fee was not included. They also showed me the order. ZUZUCar's customer service said it might be an internal operation issue, which delayed our trip for that day. Currently, ZUZUCar has not given any response on how to solve this issue. It's a super low-level mistake by ZUZUCar! No one has handled it so far, seeking wide attention to get this resolved!
