The Flex - Rent A Car car rental location is in the airport and pickup outside

You can arrive of Flex - Rent A Car car rental by free shuttle bus.

Once you arrived and you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please call us from one of the many courtesy phones located throughout the baggage claim areas and ground transportation floors in both A and B terminals. In the A terminal, they are located at spots A11, A12, A13, and terminal B spot B11, B12, or B13. You will be directed to the designated shuttle pick up location where we will transport you to our rental facility which is a short distance away. Give us a call a when you arrive at the airport so our shuttle is waiting for you when you arrive.

It is a small company. There was only one person at the location and he was doing shuttle, desk, and everything else. It was not an easy process to pick up a car.

Very personable staff. Warm and welcoming from pickup at airport to vehicle drop off. Arrived in a timely fashion. Very accommodating and transparent. Very trustworthy service. Would recommend and use again! Was given a brand new vehicle that was very clean and next to zero mileage. Overall fantastic service!

Eddy and his brother a very professional and knowledgeable people and they DO offer a very good customer service. The check-in process very fast, no long lines like in big companies. They offered me a mid-size type of vehicle, instead of my compact-one without any charges And I really did like that they haven't tried to up sell me their insurance. The deposit was of a 200$, not like other companies, where it can go up to 500$ or 1.000$. I'm pleased and everything was very smooth !

Counter staff was rude and couldn’t clearly explain what the extra fees were that he was charging us. He also tried to scam us into paying $10/day for the EZPass for video toll roads. It’s actually quite easy to avoid going on those roads. Flex seemed like the economical way to go, but in fact, ended up costing just as much as a car rental in the airport terminal, which would have been much more convenient.
