Disappointment at Orlando international airport customer service. I had an account with Navy Federal Credit Union master card and I had . Retired fro US Army. My bank account with Credit Card was $12000 with zero amount own to NDCU. Dollar car rental said cant process the credit card. Called NFCU what's up what's up with the Master Card....Results was not the CREDIT CARD but the network system at the airport. After 25 ho25 hours of traveling it was very stressful. Overall, great service after all from DOLLAR car rental.

When we collected the car we asked if possible to add another driver for two weeks only. We were told not a problem. No other information was given out or offered. On returning the car we were charged an extra $400 dollars for the extra driver! The extra driver could have hired their own car for that cost. Why were we not that the cost would be so high?

We had an issue with the first hire car as it broke down. We had to make several calls to the Dollar Customer Service line over a 3 hour period trying to organise the car to be towed (and I've just had a phone bill for £115!). So not the best experience.

- lots of charges added at the time of pickup. Was probably in the small print at the time of booking, but should be more clear.
- car group advertised was a Jeep Cherokee - ended up with something (although in the size category) couldn't be included in the same category if car prestige was part of the criteria

Los vehiculos no estaban del todo limpios, mi reserva era de una Mini Van y todas tenian algunas manchas, la mas limpia que conseguí tenia los cristales sucios,se la llevaron a limpiar y se tardaron una hora en entregarmela, todo lo demas ,excelente.

Prefer Alamo dollar tried to charge us all sorts of extras i.e. extra ins ,toll charges , gas, tried to tell them we had a sat nav so knew how to avoid tolls also we didn't need extra ins and wanted full to full. As we travel to Orlando at least twice a year we know what we want and need

El primer vehículo nos dejó varados en Carolina del Norte por batería dañada, perdimos un día de nuestras vacaciones por tener que ir a virginia a cambiar el vehículo.en virginia nos cambiaron el vehículo y este también tenía problemas en los frenos. O carro não foi higienizado, estava sujo, inclusive com vários itens do cliente anterior, havia uma gosma no volante e vários papéis da reserva anterior, além de um enxaguante bucal, o que prova que o carro realmente não foi higienizado. Não é o tipo de experiência que desejamos. Fotografei tudo, mas não vou incluir as fotos para não expor as informações do cliente John K.
A experiência com a Dólar não foi boa.

This company scammed us by saying toll roads cannot be paid with cash and cannot be avoided. They tricked us into renting an eToll, costing us $104.98. Later, we discovered that tolls could be paid with cash and, most importantly, could be avoided. In the same area, we exchanged cars and did not rent an eToll. Instead, we used Google Maps to successfully avoid toll roads. If it weren't for the company's staff firmly claiming that toll roads couldn't be avoided, we wouldn't have rented the eToll and wouldn't have wasted this money.

Since my English is not good, I chose the Zuzuche app. I used to always choose Alamo for my bookings and was always satisfied, as they never excessively upsold additional services. This time, I chose Dollar, but the counter said there were no staff who spoke Chinese. We didn't understand English well and followed our previous experience with Alamo, ending up buying almost every additional service, totaling over $900. After driving away, my friends checked the receipt and informed us. We then contacted Zuzuche's customer service, who said the signed fees couldn't be canceled. I want to point out that Zuzuche's competitiveness isn't in its rental prices but in its convenience for Chinese speakers who don't understand English. Therefore, they should ensure either Chinese-speaking staff or Chinese rental contracts in collaboration with local businesses to make sure customers fully understand the contracts they sign.

I booked a Jeep Compass from Dollar at Orlando Airport, but upon arrival, I was informed that the Jeep Compass was unavailable. They offered similar cars, but none had enough trunk space for our three pieces of luggage. We had no choice but to pay an extra $215 to upgrade to a higher class vehicle. The service attitude at Dollar was terrible, as if I owed them money. The next day, I received a notification from my credit card company showing a charge of $477, and I have no idea what it was for. Now that I'm back home, I contacted Zuzuche customer service. They were very polite and promised to follow up via email. However, it's been five days with no response, so I can only wait.

This was my first time in the USA, and I was very pleased to get the car right after landing in Orlando. I don't speak English, but your warm reception and the use of a translation app helped resolve any issues. During the 30+ days of our trip, the car had no problems and ensured our journey of over 11,000 miles. I will choose your company again when I return to the USA!

Returned the car two hours early but was charged an extra day, and I returned the car with a full tank but was charged for fuel. There was no staff present when I returned the car, and now they want me to provide evidence? They have surveillance to check when I drove into the return area, this is outrageous.

This was a five-star car rental experience, and the entire process was very smooth. Firstly, the pricing on QEEQ was very competitive, covering rental fees and comprehensive insurance costs. I was given an electric vehicle, which was convenient since there was a ChargePoint charging station where I stayed in the US. Charging was easy and much cheaper than a gasoline car. Everything was very convenient, and the service was excellent.

Overall, the service was pretty good, but the wait time to get the car when picking it up was too long, and the vehicle was different from the one booked. There was a need to wait for the originally reserved car, but they provided a better class car, which was nice. Returning the car was convenient and the release of the pre-authorization amount was quick. The customer service was very cooperative and responded to questions promptly.

Lamentable! Contraté un mistery car para ver como me podían sorprender como cliente y descubrí que es solo una manera de engañar a los clientes y hacerlos pagar más. En el mostrador te dicen que solo son electricos y te hacen pagar mas por uno a gasolina y además de tamaño mas grande. Me cargó todo en la tarjeta que en teoria era de garantía sin decirme los costos. Nunca más!
