The reserved vehicle was not available on site, and there were no options in the same price range. An additional payment was required to upgrade the vehicle.
We had an issue with the first hire car as it broke down. We had to make several calls to the Dollar Customer Service line over a 3 hour period trying to organise the car to be towed (and I've just had a phone bill for £115!). So not the best experience.
