I booked the car with a full tank return policy, but they tricked me into returning it empty. They charged me for 13 gallons of fuel for a 10-gallon tank, claiming the charge was based on the average for that type of vehicle, not the actual model.
The reserved vehicle was not available on site, and there were no options in the same price range. An additional payment was required to upgrade the vehicle.
Prefer Alamo dollar tried to charge us all sorts of extras i.e. extra ins ,toll charges , gas, tried to tell them we had a sat nav so knew how to avoid tolls also we didn't need extra ins and wanted full to full. As we travel to Orlando at least twice a year we know what we want and need
