Upon arrival at Queenstown International Airport, please phone 0800 800 338/+64 21 198 8293; Or use the airport freephone service then dial 823; to let us know that you're ready to be picked up. 2. From the baggage claim area, please exit the terminal building. 3. Please wait at the Commercial Vehicle Drop off area/Transfer area (the Pick Up Point).4. When the van arrives, our driver will load your luggage into the back of the van or a trailer.

Drop-off Instructions

Daytime Return（09:00AM-05:00PM） 1. The vehicle needs to be returned to our Queenstown Airport branch at 77 Glenda Drive, Frankton, Queenstown 2. We will provide a free transfer to the airport terminal and our location is about a five-minute drive from the airport terminal.

Tianyicars Rental provides second-hand cars imported from Japan, which have already been driven for over 100,000 kilometers. The car's condition is poor, and the seats are heavily stained. Yet, they require renters to ensure the car is clean upon return and warn that a cleaning fee might be charged. The platform indicates that Zhima Credit can be used as a guarantee, but the car dealer still forces customers to provide a photo of their credit card. If the rental time is in the evening, they charge a late service fee of 50 NZD.

Very satisfied. Upon arriving at the airport, there is a dedicated shuttle to the pickup location, just a 5-minute drive away. Very convenient. I will choose this car again next winter. The car is in excellent condition, a 2019 model, and drives wonderfully.
