From the moment you walked in until you returned the car, the customer was at the center. They solved a problem caused by me quickly and easily. The car I received was in very good condition.

The car and the Budget rental staff exceeded my expectations. I provided the Budget Rental confirmation code from my QEEQ voucher, and everything went very smoothly.

Waited a while for car to be ready and when it was it seemed to be not detailed

Firstly, it was impossible to get ahold of anybody at the desk. My flight was going to arrive flight and it was going to be a race to make it to the Budget rental office before they closed. Qeeq couldn’t even get through to them. Secondly, the vehicle was fine on the road but there were many scratches and a fair amount of damage, many of which were not on mentioned in the pick-up report. Instead of coming out to acknowledge the discrepancies I discovered, I was told to take photos and to rely on Budget at the time of the return to trust me. In other words, lack of courtesy and professionalism. Upon the return late at night, near midnight, I had to insist that someone come out to inspect the car to take note of the damage discrepancies. Finally, I did not appreciate the attempt to upsell another vehicle for three times the amount by way of some slick and inaccurately wording. I literally had to have them repeat three times and request the bottom line cost which was the only way to get the honest straight answer.

The introduction to the rental car was extremely lacking. They didn’t confirm the booking details (there was an error with the drop off location) And they didnt mention you can’t change the drop off location for electric cars. This meant we had to drive 4 hours back from LA to Fresno, change our flights and lose a night at our hotel. This was a major issue for us and was extremely stressful. It could have been avoided if the reception did their job properly.
