Dollar Car Rental

The payment looks not very familiar to me. I'm not sure about the charge detail. Is it compared with the one I booked in QEEQ? I need detailed information regarding the payment list.

Have used Dollar at Derry airport twice recently and on both occasions the staff have been very friendly, helpful and efficient in getting me on the road and booking the car back in on return.

The car and the counter staff exceed our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, given us a lot of good tips

Did the job

Car was bigger than we requested (Fiat 500 size requested, Seat Ibiza given to us. Much bigger than a Fiat 500). Also the damage to passenger side nit mentioned in report so we had to send pics off to Dollar or else we could have been accused of damage that was already existing

Waited in a huge queue ( way worse at LAX but still long & slow with only 1 guy at the counter !!!) Pushed extra insurance , telling you that you don’t have enough, so it always costs more ! Car was great , easy drop off

The long line for check-in was tiring. 2:00 pm. However, In the evening 7:00pm we walked past the check-in and it was empty. Coming from west coast of N.A. many flights arriving about 2:00 pm

Location was easy to find and car in good condition

It did take a long time to pick up the car - at least two hours which was hard on top of a long international flight. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The desk agent was great and the car was great.

The Car condition was good. But there was no one to personally hand over the car. They just give you the parking number where the car is parked and you have to do all the inspection and check the car yourself. it will be good if a person comes along with you to the car and hands over. The thing I did not like is, though I had done all the Insurance, the guy at the counter over sells with unnecessary things by telling that it is better to take additional safty by paying 45USD to protect against tire punctures and other small mishaps by inducing fear into you. He also tried to sell another scheme where the petrol need not be full when you return the car. Adding all this your hire charges goes up significantly.

Most of my experience was good. Especially when I needed to replace the damaged car in Philadelphia.
