When picking up the car, they told me the car I booked, a Mercedes C-Class, was not available. If I wanted a Mercedes, I had to upgrade and was told it would only cost 50 euros. But when I signed and checked the bill, it was actually 150 euros. The French way of doing business feels somewhat like back home; you feel cheated.

Store employees are impatient and communication is poor.

The store was easy to find, and the car pick-up process was quite simple after completing the online preparations.

Usually, when booking through Zuzuche, the available cars at the store are the less desirable ones in the category, and there's no way to upgrade without paying extra!

Great! They automatically upgraded the vehicle based on our luggage and number of passengers.

The wait time was very long, the service efficiency was poor, they kept trying to upsell other car types and insurance. They didn't even carefully check our order. We requested an automatic car but were given a manual one! Staff at the location were unfamiliar with the car's features, and the GPS was extremely difficult to use and essentially useless!

The staff was enthusiastic and provided detailed explanations.

The rental company was Europcar. They are a large company with good service.

Felt that because we weren't fluent in the language, we were given a less powerful car.

Bought full insurance, but Europecar still asked me to purchase insurance when renting the car!

We rented a Q3 and were told there was no Q5 available. We impulsively agreed, and the staff didn't mention how much extra it would cost, just handed us the invoice. Later we found out renting the car for the week cost 5000 RMB… Adding an extra driver required an additional fee, and they charged us just because we provided two licenses, assuming we were two drivers. Isn't that unreasonable? Returning the car an hour late incurs a significant fee. Is there a clear standard for these fees, or do they just charge an exorbitant amount for any delay? We won't use Europecar again. After returning and disputing it with the rental company, the results were minimal since we had already paid. It was tough to get anything back.

When I arrived, the line was very long, and I waited quite a while. The service lady's attitude wasn't very good, possibly because it was crowded and her English was poor. However, she did confirm if my luggage could fit into the rented convertible mini. So, there wasn't much to complain about. Returning the car was very convenient; as soon as I drove in, staff came up to guide and check the car's condition. The return process was smooth and quick!

The service was very patient, and the recommended model from the company was great.

I went at 5 PM, and there were hardly any people in the store. The paperwork was processed quickly. I got a Renault, which uses diesel fuel, very economical. Highly recommended.

There were many people, so the wait was quite long. However, the process was fast, and I got a large Renault car. Satisfied.

There were an unusually high number of people renting cars at the airport. Even with 5 or 6 windows open, I still waited for over half an hour. However, the service staff were very thorough and enthusiastic. I received a Renault, which had much more space than a Golf. The car was also very new, with less than 1000 kilometers on it. Very good.

There was a situation of forced insurance selling which delayed us for almost three hours.
