The staff where super helpful and even help set up my aim

Booked an A3 but got a Skoda with multiple scratches. No staff available during return hours, had to call and rush to catch my flight.

Fraudulent company, colluding with car rental service to deceive consumers. Consumers purchased full insurance through the platform and have already paid. During car pickup, the rental service, under the pretense of a deposit, unlawfully deducted around 800 RMB from the insurance without asking for the consumer's consent. The platform and the rental service shirk responsibility by putting on a show.

Instead of Renault Megane provided Dacia Sandero Stepway (smaller, poorer)

Staff at counter could have beem friendlier. Trying to push extra insurance. Staff at actual pick up were good.

Unexpected charges at the time of the booking it was clearly mentioned that collision waiver is included. When I picked the car I was sold additional car insurance for €175 which was more than the actual rental amount of the car for four days. I was told I wouldn’t be given any vehicle unless I paid for the additional insurance for excess on the car. This was certainly not mentioned in the booking documents and process. I contacted QEEQ but no satisfactory reply was given to me.

Long wait times, rude staff, unwillingness to communicate with customer service, forced purchases, and intimidation of customers.

My first car rental, was much smoother than I expected

The first interaction with the staff at Green Motion was really bad, the wait time was too long. But they try to do the best to help and fix the issues we've got on the renting process. For next time I think I prefer to pay a bit more and rent from someone else. Sorry Green Motion.

The staff was very kind, he waited for us to pick up the car even after his shift ended.

The car we got was quite scratched so we had to purchase the extra insurance. Other than this all the rest was ok.

Easy process although a little confused with the rental guy trying to get us to purchase further insurance .

The staff had a terrible attitude and couldn't communicate well in English, even with translation software. Their attitude was vastly different from the Hertz staff in Florence.

The staff pushed hard to sell me insurance after I already paid for it online telling me over and over about how they will find every little bit of damage. I did not buy the insurance as I bought it online through easy car. When I got back they bent down below the vehicle to find damage in a spot you can't see when you are standing up as I was during the vehicle inspection. I didn't cause that damage but they wanted to charge me. They said I could give them 150 euros now or get a bill later for much more. They are crooks who rip people off for minor damage that was already there.

The car was great, but I'm still awaiting my deposit for the premium insurance.

The car was clean, new and actually better then promised.

There were no surprises - all was as expected. We got a brand new Skoda and we enjoyed it.

Rented from AVIS. The car was in good condition, with 40,000 km and 98 octane fuel. It had features like lane correction and automatic locking when the driver leaves.
