The staff's attitude was not very good, and they were not proactive in handling issues.

The rental company had a very passive attitude. Our team needed a 7-seater MPV and even though we had already paid for full insurance on the platform, we were required to pay an additional 300 euros to get the car. The extra charge was non-refundable and taken as insurance, meaning we ended up buying insurance twice for one car. When the staff saw us hesitating about this payment, they left to have lunch and did not return for 40 minutes. Then they stepped out for another 20 minutes for a smoke after not processing our order, making us queue up again from the back. This entire process delayed us by more than two hours and the service was extremely poor overall.

The money was not returned when we returned the car, serving as extra insurance. Essentially, we ended up paying for insurance twice on the same vehicle. Additionally, when the rental staff saw that we were hesitant to pay the extra amount, they left to have lunch and returned 40 minutes later. They then left again for a 20-minute smoke break without processing our order, and upon returning, made us queue up from the back. This caused a delay of over two hours, making the overall service extremely poor.

Overall service was okay.

Unexpected charges at the time of the booking it was clearly mentioned that collision waiver is included. When I picked the car I was sold additional car insurance for €175 which was more than the actual rental amount of the car for four days. I was told I wouldn’t be given any vehicle unless I paid for the additional insurance for excess on the car. This was certainly not mentioned in the booking documents and process. I contacted QEEQ but no satisfactory reply was given to me.

The first interaction with the staff at Green Motion was really bad, the wait time was too long. But they try to do the best to help and fix the issues we've got on the renting process. For next time I think I prefer to pay a bit more and rent from someone else. Sorry Green Motion.

Waited 30 minutes at the counter before staff arrived

I needed to pay for 2h of parking at the airport when I've picked up the car or I would not exit, this was strange. Some weird operations with blocking the funds - the blockage was cancelled during the trip and then thay have added one additional transation for 0.01$ upon return - so no cost for me, but just a weird feeling.

I was asked to buy full insurance at price of 350 Euro on top of basic 90 Euro. No negotiation. No other choice.

Rented from AVIS. The car was in good condition, with 40,000 km and 98 octane fuel. It had features like lane correction and automatic locking when the driver leaves.

Everything went smoothly, no insurance upsell or extra fees.

The service attitude was just normal, but the deposit on the website was 900 euros, and when we got to the store it turned into 1600 euros. The risk fee was also 25 euros a day. Additionally, the rental showed a Toyota Land Cruiser, but I received an old Mitsubishi Pajero with 180,000 kilometers. This rental experience was very unsatisfactory.
