The rental company's attitude was extremely negative. Our team needed to rent a 7-seater MPV. Despite having already paid for full insurance on the platform, we were asked to pay an additional €300 to pick up the car. The money was not returned when we returned the car, serving as extra insurance. Essentially, we ended up paying for insurance twice on the same vehicle. Additionally, when the rental staff saw that we were hesitant to pay the extra amount, they left to have lunch and returned 40 minutes later. They then left again for a 20-minute smoke break without processing our order, and upon returning, made us queue up from the back. This caused a delay of over two hours, making the overall service extremely poor.

Like: amazing stuff..very helful..even when I lost my wallet in the car they came back to the airport to return the loss loss wallet. Highly recommended. and last but not least the upgrade my car car from economy to jeep so it'd definitely upgrade our trip!
