No information provided on HGS sticker. Multiple phone calls and online chats gave conflicting information and in the end provided no help. No sticker on car, still not sure car was registered for HGS. Never received a green light when using tolls. Staff on return tried checking but in the end told us to go, that there will be no problem. Here hoping no fines come through. Otherwise car condition was good.
The pick up process was smooth even though we don’t understand each other but Mr Ali know what we want. Even offer us to bought our bus ticket to Denizli. The service was good.
“Bonne expérience mais difficile de récupérer véhicule et plein a faire”
About Europcar:7.0/10
The attitude of the car rental company's manager was very poor. I waited for over 40 minutes at the rental company while they kept talking on the phone, joking with other staff members without speeding up the paperwork. Most importantly, the car they rented to me was very old and dirty inside and out. Because I was traveling abroad, I didn't want to argue with them, so I reluctantly used their car.
During the rental period, our tires were slashed, so we went to the nearest Avis. However, since the insurance was purchased from QEEQ and not Avis, it took three and a half hours to address the issue, and we ended up fixing the car ourselves. The process was highly inefficient, and we had to communicate with the car rental company in Turkish, which was quite challenging. Besides that, everything else was alright.
pls advise them to talk nicely to people when we ask for something. i did only asked them why my car was diesel instead of petrol? simple question but they shouted at me.
as agreed to send back the car to counter but no one there, waited for more than 30mins. ended up leaved the car in the terminal parking area.
The service desk is not inside the airport. I had to borrow a local's phone to contact the rental company for a pickup, which took about five to six minutes. The original car model wasn't available, so they offered a Passat. The fuel tank wasn't full, the car wasn't cleaned, and there were several long women's hairs inside. The car was covered in scratches. Additionally, my credit card didn't go through, so I couldn't rent the car. They returned me to the airport where I switched to Avis, and the same credit card worked without any issues. I will not use Alamo again.
Fueron muy correctos. En el mostrador intentaron ofrecerme nuevos seguros a los ya contratados, pero eran los mismos, les mostré la copia de todo y ya no hubo problemas. Nos trajeron y llevaron al aeropuerto rápido.
Muchas gracias

“Kayseri, Goreme, Antalya, Kas, Fethiye, Pamukkale, Izmir”
About Budget:2.0/10
I booked a Nissan X-Trail, but ended up with a Ford Kuga. I could have overlooked the downgrade, but the biggest issue was that the car showed engine problems less than 20 kilometers in. The accelerator wouldn’t respond properly, limiting the speed to around 80 km/h, so I had to creep slowly to Goreme. The next day, the engine warning light disappeared, and I thought the car was fine. However, after driving for three hours and refueling, it wouldn’t start. After numerous attempts, I realized the engine might be finished, so I called for a tow. The customer service said this is a common issue with Ford cars, and it would work again after resting for an hour. It took four hours for the car to start, but the speed was still low, and it would occasionally stall at low speeds, making it very dangerous. I had one instance of stalling in the middle of the road. I had enough and requested a replacement car. Customer service said I could switch at Antalya Airport. After altering my route to Antalya Airport, they said they couldn’t exchange it as no prior notice was given. I provided them with Budget’s Kayseri office number, but they still refused. When I called Kayseri’s office, they said they couldn’t help me anymore. By then, it was midnight. Frustrated, I completed the rest of the trip with the problematic car, which luckily didn't stall again, although the speed issue persisted. I advise against choosing a Ford if you have bad luck and they don’t have your booked car.

Overall, they are quite good. The car models, prices, and services are all satisfactory, making it a great value for money, which was a key factor in my choice. However, one thing I really dislike is the 'pick up and return with empty fuel tank' policy. It is inconvenient to find a gas station right after picking up the car when you're not familiar with the area, and when returning the car, you have to calculate the mileage. Usually, fearing running out of fuel, I return the car with about 1/3 tank left, which feels wasteful. This policy is not good. I've driven in many countries, and this was my first encounter with such a policy.
1) I was advised to drop off at one place, and waited too long, over 40min to have someone to come and pick up the car.
2) I didn't receive yet my deposit back, I am still waiting even after 15 business days of my trip!!!
