Worst car rental I've ever seen. They tried to add costs for many things that were not mentioned during the reservation, that more than tripled the cost of rental.

Alamo is the best multiple agents to serve you immediately and you just need in hand confirmation driver license and Credit card (NO DOWN PAYMENT).

The staff was unavailable at pick up. The only person there spoke no English. When the country person arrived, she only spoke a little English. After spending 1/2 hour trying to figure out the computer (and texting on her phone throughout the entire process) we got in our way. We told them we were dropping it off at 5:00AM on 9/9 but no one was there at the location. They ended up directing us to drop it off at the airport WITH THE KEYS IN IT!!! I will never use that company again. I will also reconsider using easy rent cars to avoid getting stuck with them again.

The car was great. We were missing a remote control though so the key would set off the alarm when we opened it. Pick up was very simple.

I found the website intuitive and relatively easy to use. Sometimes there was too much choice though which made the process longer.

No issues or hassles with this rental car experience. The car performed as advertised. The Advantage staff were courteous and competent, both at pick-up and drop-off. I recommend Advantage to travelers arriving to Miami.

Booking process was quick and easy. Keep looking for the best rates. I am a value customer and will go where my buck gets its best value.

The car was fine and the person who checked the car out was very polite and efficient. The downside was the time it took as I waited for over an hour to get the car which made me late checking in to my hotel. Bearing in mind I was an English tourist and had never driven the car before I was given no indication on how to operate the car, for example adjusting the seats, handbrake location and how to open the fuel cap which caused me a big problem.

Car condition was terrible. Rear tires were completely wear out. In the rain condition almost impossible to keep car from sliding. Rear of the car was sliding from the line uncontrollable. For the first time in my life I was afraid to drive.

Car was very old and hard to find the location and they have charge me more what they have show me at booking time I am never going to work with TUF

Had to change car due to noise in undercarriage. Had problems to do it locally. Had to drive to the bigger hub although everything was agreed on the phone. Car had previous door panel damage, but was not noted in the vehicle pre-check list. I picked car from the gloomy garage parking so couldn't see damage. Luckily service personel believed me and I got away from extra hassle.

I don't write trashy reviews for places and I don't intend for this to be one. I would just like for you to be aware of what you are getting when you book with Economi Cars. First of all, our car was almost brand new, spotlessly clean, and excellent on gas. After that was surprises. On our rental confirmation we had paid for all taxes, fees, etc and amount due at pickup was $0. When we arrived at the airport we went to find the Free Shuttle. There wasn't one. I tried several phone numbers and finally got ahold of a gentleman. I told them who I was and that I was needing a shuttle. He hung up on me. Soon I got a phone call from a lady wondering what I needed. I explained and she said that she would be right over. After about 30 minutes she did come and pick us up. We were taken to a building where we went through a few locked doors and up a flight of stairs. We got to a large empty office and the paperwork was taken care of. Then I was asked for my credit card to pay $200 in charges. Now $150 of that was refundable as long as I stayed off of all toll roads. $30 was for FL State Tax and $20 was because I brought my own insurance. So just for the sake of clarity. The price you pay is not the full price. They made it clear that what is paid online is the base price and then there are fees on top of that. Somehow the fact that my confirmation paper said that I owe them $0 didn't matter.The car drove well and we went all the way to Key West and back. We had arranged to return the car at 9:30 am two days later. We arrived back at the "office" at 9:29 and tried to get in but the locked door kept that from happening. After 3 more phone calls, help from the guy who owns the body shop next door, and a 45 minute wait on someone to show up, someone finally showed up. The only problem was that we were supposed to catch a flight. The guy did get us to the airport then just in time. Price tracker saved me money

I didn't get the car because the staff was terrible and tried to push several fees to me. Could not use my personal insurance and did not have the car that I booked so I declined and took it from other company

Disappointed with the Alamo desk agent attempting to get me to upgrade my selected vehicle and increase my insurance cover. He did eventually get me to agree to return the vehicle empty of fuel by stating this was best value for money for me which it clearly wasn't as Alamo fuel price is more expensive than buying at the pump. Vehicle was reserved to be returned full. This experience may make me consider renting from competitors in the future.

Ask money to take the car with 15 minutes before...they don t accept our credit card, we had to wait and to go to see the manager to know it it was possible ...so we reserved on the net, it was ok for us...we will not chose national in the future

They did very bad checking of the car when giving it back, tried to charge $1500 for a small thing that was nothing after we checked again
