“QEEQ provided an excellent service for a seamless rental.”
About Firefly:9.0/10
Good car and friendly service. As a small tip: at Seville a sign for where Firefly cars are hidden in the car rental car park would have been helpful. (it is passed all the other rental agencies, turn left and go to the very back of the car park and is not sign posted)

Perfect! Please note the instructions for pick up could have included the comments I posted in the firefly section.
Big companies are more reliable. The staff speaks good English and provides warm service. They offer insurance but don't force it on you. Explanations are clear, and the deposit is refunded very quickly after returning the car.
We arrived on time but the designated car model was not available. They offered a free upgrade which we did not accept, so we opted for a paid upgrade.
Satisfied overall. If you buy domestic insurance, you'll need to pay a 1400 EUR deposit when picking up the car. Both pickup and drop-off are troublesome, so I had to purchase foreign insurance instead.
Very bad experience, absolutely not recommended. Despite clearly stating that I had already bought insurance, they kept pushing additional insurance. They required two deposits, billed and refunded in euros, but converted using their own USD exchange rate. They charged me at a rate of 1.15 and refunded at 1.06, effectively making an 8% profit. These hidden costs are very high.
I originally booked a manual transmission mini car, but I was given an automatic Citroen C5 Aircross at pickup. The roads in Spain are quite wide, so driving a larger car was no problem. The staff was very friendly, and the pickup and drop-off process was smooth.
The entire store is quite dishonest. I recommend choosing larger or more reputable local car rental companies for reliability.
1. Pickup Stage - The car we received was different from the one we reserved, and they aggressively tried to sell us insurance. They kept emphasizing that if we didn't buy the insurance, we might face major accidents or hefty compensations. In reality, just being cautious or buying comprehensive insurance through the app is sufficient. The insurance sales pitch wasted a lot of time.
2. Dropoff Stage - They checked the car's condition at least three times, and after finishing, the staff huddled together and whispered. Since we had confirmed before returning the car that everything was fine, we knew there was no issue. The staff then tried to accuse us of having a smoke smell in the car and forced us to pay a 75-euro cleaning fee. This clause wasn't in the contract, but we had to hurry to catch a flight, so we paid.
Overall, this car rental company operates with an intent to scam, and you might not leave unscathed. Choose wisely.
We had two people and two large suitcases; the car we originally booked couldn't fit them. The staff said we couldn't place them on the back seat or we'd be fined (though I doubt that would actually be the case). They offered an upgrade at a cheaper price, but it still would have cost us nearly 2000 extra. We firmly declined, and in the end, they upgraded us to an SUV for free! Extremely grateful!!!
The store charged additional fees unfairly, claiming that the Spanish driving license of the driver was less than 5 years old, and therefore charged more than 30 euros as per their website regulations. Fortunately, after seeking help from the rental car platform, it was confirmed that only drivers under 26 years old with less than 5 years of driving experience should be charged. The rental car platform quickly refunded us the fee.
