The service representative was extremely friendly and attentive. They upgraded us to a Megane for free. The car was new and in great condition. Super satisfied.
The car we reserved was not prepared, and they provided a different model. When it came time to pay, they claimed we had to pay extra. This is the first time I've encountered such a forced upsell. It took over an hour of hassle to finally get a car. The experience was terrible. Seville pickup location.
The reserved car often differs from the one actually picked up. Although we purchased insurance when booking, we were forced to buy additional insurance at pickup.
The service attitude of the staff at the Seville Enterprise counter was terrible. I had a reservation to pick up the car at 5:30, but the car wasn't ready at all. We had to wait standing at the counter for over forty minutes. The car we eventually got already had 80,000 kilometers on it, was an old model, and had scratches all over. Later, while driving up a slope in the parking lot, the car even stalled. Since I had already purchased full insurance through Zuzuche, I carefully checked the bill, only to find that the clerk had added a €100 insurance without asking. It was so frustrating! After arguing, they reluctantly removed the insurance. This was the most disappointing car rental experience I've had.
