They took advantage of the language barrier to add extra insurance

I picked up the car at Sevilla airport. A male staff highly recommended another model, a MBW 2.20d, for us. He said that the car used diesel and it would has less fuel cost for travelling long distance. Owing to the darkness environment in the carpark, we could not easily identify the dirty situation of the car. After leaving the airport and under the sunlight, we found that the car was very very dirty. There was dust and debris inside the storing spaces at the doors and cabinet, mud on the carpart. Many white spots/paint on all seats. It was very disappointed that such car was not cleaned throughly before giving to customers.

This was a fantastic experience! The only thing a little confusing was finding the pickup spot for the van to take us to the agency but once that was done the rest was a breeze. Patricia was very helpful! She set us up with a great diesel car and explained everything very well. Overall wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back when we return to Sevilla

I suggest not to buy QEEQ's full insurance. The deductible is 10,000 yuan, and upon arrival at the rental site, you have to pay an additional 1,000 yuan or so for it to be considered full insurance.

Awful length of time waiting to pick up car

Maria at Seville Santa Justa station was brilliant and should get a medal for counter staff service. We were upgraded and she set the GPS to English for us. In Madrid the service was fast and efficient and we were credit for the extra petrol we returned. Our only problem was the signage at Madrid Terminal 4 which was unhelpful in finding the entrance to Alamo returns.

Excellent service

Pick up service took too long like almost 30 minutes, because there were 2 people in queue before me. Otherwise the I was pleased with the service.
